Drawing on the collective knowledge and experience of the International Network for Environmental Compliance and Enforcement (INECE), the Handbook provides actionable guidance for designing effective requirements, setting priorities, monitoring compliance, conducting enforcement response, and measuring program performance.
Understanding the core principles that form the basis of environmental compliance and enforcement programs will assist policy makers in better designing and managing environmental compliance and enforcement programs.
